Anolis at Lightfair 2012
Anolis showed its latest innovations at the Lightfair International 2012 exhibition, staged over three days at the Las Vegas Convention Centre, experiencing a busy and productive show.
Lightfair is North America’s largest annual architectural and commercial lighting trade show and conference. Its target audience of key architectural and commercial lighting designers and installers turned out in force.
Anolis highlighted a wide variety of their products. The display included the ArcDot, ArcLine and ArcSource ranges, the ArcSource Outdoor, 24/48+24MC+48MC, the popular ArcPad 48 and ArcPad Xtremes, plus a selection of ArcPower drivers. Control options also included ArcControl 1024, ArcControl 128 and the ArcControl 1.
Anolis’s International Sales Director John Saunders was joined by Harry von den Stemmen, CEO of Robe Lighting Inc as well as David Chesal and Jerry Seay from Anolis’ US sales operation.
The open plan booth was a completely new build, based on a variation of Anolis’s 2012 exhibition concept, which has already been seen at some key European shows.
Anolis was “Extremely well received” reports John, especially with all products now carrying full UL/ETL listing and CSA approvals.
The visitor quality –as always – was excellent. They saw a good mix of individuals and companies working across all of the architectural disciplines. Being there enabled a “Massively increased awareness of the brand in the US market” confirms John.
The new ArcDot was a product attracting lots of attention, primarily for its build quality, compact size and high output. This is an RGBW multichip fixture, ideal for being mapped and used on large matrix-style designs and installations, or for individual illuminations.
